POINTS FOR ATTENTION:

1.Do not put your toothbrush in water above 80 degrees Celsius.

2.This product can only use special charger. Please do not put metal products like coins or frame on the charger.

3.Please check the product before each use to make sure it is safe and stable. Stop use if there is any damage.

4.Please do not put the product in direct sunlight, or close to the heat source. Keep out of reach of infants or children when not in use.

5.For the sake of safety and health, please replace the brush head after using it for 2-3 months.

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow up to 72 hours/3 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Delivery times after dispatch:

• Next Day Delivery (Order before 2pm to receive your order the next business day). Orders to qualify for next day delivery will need to be made before 2pm. Next deliveries take place only on business days Monday-Friday (not public holidays).
• Express Shipping: 1 - 2 Business Days.
• Free Standard Shipping: 2 - 5 Business Days.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfilment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order within 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied if it has not been shipped out. If the item has already shipped, please email info@astrazona.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at info@astrazona.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
